The Challenge Karate Spectrum Class is designed to meet the specific needs of children on the autistic spectrum.

• To decrease self-stimulatory behaviors
• To improve the ability to function as part of a group
• To instill a sense of confidence in each student
• To improve communication skills and interactions with peers and adults
• To have fun while learning new skills and overcoming challenges
